When I buy and pay for the pattern, when do I get the files?

After a successful payment, you can instantly download pattern files on the Thank you page. We will also send you an email confirmation with download links. You can download all pattern files in a ZIP archive, or individual PDF files. Check your bulk and spam folders if you do not receive the mail confirmation and contact us at help@picolly.com if you have any issues with files delivery.
